Refund Policy

Understanding our terms for cancellations and refunds

1. Payments & Refunds:

  • All payments for Drift Plus Adventures experiences are non-refundable.

  • In case of cancellation, the paid amount can be credited toward a future trip within 1 year of the original booking date.

2. Cancellation Notice:

  • Cancellations must be notified at least 7 days prior to the event date to be eligible for credit.

  • No-shows or late cancellations (within 7 days) forfeit their payment without credit.

3. Rescheduling:

  • Trips affected by weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances may be rescheduled by Drift Plus Adventures; customers will receive priority booking for the new date.
