1 Booking & Participation
- • Safety First: Participants must follow all safety guidelines. Drift Plus Adventures reserves the right to refuse service for reckless behavior (no refunds).
- • Minors: Guests under 18 require a signed waiver from a parent/guardian.
- • Fitness & Gear: Verify activity requirements (e.g., swimming ability, hiking fitness) before booking.
2 Liability Waiver
- • Inherent Risks: Adventure activities (hiking, swimming, etc.) carry risks. By booking, you agree Drift Plus Adventures is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages beyond our control.
- • Personal Responsibility: Participants assume all risks for personal property and health.
3 Changes & Cancellations
- • By Us: We may cancel/modify trips due to weather, safety, or low enrollment, offering a full credit or alternative date.
- • By You: Cancellations made 48+ hours before departure receive a future trip credit (valid 1 year). No refunds for no-shows.
4 Credit Use
- • Non-Transferable: Credits are tied to the original booker’s name/contact.
- • Expiry: Credits expire 1 year from issuance (no extensions).
5 Governing Law
- • Disputes are subject to the laws of Kenya, with exclusive jurisdiction in Nairobi courts.
